If I don't see the design style I like, how can I create my own?You will need to search for a custom listing in the appropriate category. This will allow you to request whatever design or style you like. Since we don't know what one would request, the listing will have a set additional price and it will cover any design  of your choosing.​How long does it take to make an order?​Each product generally takes 2-5 days to produce from start to finish. These times CAN change due to several factors such as product availability, number of orders...etc .Please keep in mind each piece is customized by hand so that alone takes time on top of the other factors. Glittered Items also take longer, because they could get multiple coats of epoxy. The most accurate time frame is on the page with the products.
Do you have anything in stock?Majority of our items are  made to order.Can you put real photos or my own art on an item?​Yes, we can! Once you place your order, email us at upgiftz16@gmail.com or text 972-861-0zero17 with ORDER # -FILE FOR ORDER as subject line with image attached.Where do you get your designs?Not only do I craft but im also a graphic designer, so I create these unique designs myself or get them from online sources, using proper licensing rules. I may take inspiration from an existing design but I will change it up and make it my own....ultimately YOUR OWN. :D

Where do you deliver?Right now we are only shipping to USA. If you would like to order and are in another country please submit a form and we can add you in!What if you my items come broken?Legally once the item reaches the carriers possesion it is no longer our responsibility. However it if damaged beyond use, we will work with you to get it replaced.​How long is shipping?Priority mail usually takes about 1-4 days depending on your location. For TRAYS & STORAGE SETS shipping will take 2-8 via USPS parcel ground, because the lighters included are considered HAZARDOUS and must be shipped a certain way.​If I'm local could you bring it to me? Unfortunately no. To keep production flowing we will ship out all items. 
It says my order is delivered but I don't see it. ​Please check with your mail carrier or housing authority. Once the order is shipped out I have no control over it or its location at that point. The items will come via USPS and they should deliver to designated mail area. If for some reason it gets delivered to porch, please be aware of porch pirates.​What if I left off part of my address or had a typo and you've shipped already?​Best thing to do is monitor the item through the tracking number and try to intercept it before delivery. They will not hold at the post office.  IF this happens to a package with a lighter, it's considered hazardous and will immediately be returned to us. Returns could take up to 6 weeks.
